Introducing Functions at NicheWe have three spectacular Perth private function venues areas to choose from: Bar Lounge One Accommodates 20-40 people comfortably with easy access to the bar area. Available for exclusive use on Wed/ Fri/Sat Nights from 7pm until 10pm. After 10pm the exclusive use ropes and bollards are removed, however you are more than welcome to remain in your area. Other nights can be confirmed with our Functions Manager. A non-refundable fee of $200 is required to secure this area and is returned to you on the evening of your function in the form of a $200 Bar Card.  Bar Lounge Two A secluded and private area for events up to 40 people. Available for exclusive use on Wed/ Fri/Sat Nights from 7pm until 10pm. After 10pm the exclusive use ropes and bollards are removed, however you are more than welcome to remain in your area. Other nights can be confirmed with our Functions Manager. A non-refundable fee of $200 is required to secure this area and is returned to you on the evening of your function in the form of a $200 Bar Card.  Court Yard A sensational space accommodating up to 150 people witih access to our courtyard bar. This venue is ideal for birthdays, corporate events and large gatherings. The Courtyard Bar Area can be broken down into two sections with space up of 50-90 persons each side. Available for exclusive use on Wed/ Fri/Sat Nights from 7pm until 10pm. After 10pm the exclusive use ropes and bollards are removed, however you are more than welcome to remain in your area. Other nights can be confirmed with our Functions Manager. A non-refundable fee of $300 is required to secure this area and is returned to you on the evening of your function in the form of a $300 Bar Card.
